INGREDIENTS

Bread Dough

What You Will Need:

  • 1 Bread Loaf tin 20cm
  • Scale
  • Hand Beater
  • Coconut oil & Rice Flour for dusting.
  • Oven
  • Bowl of Water for Hands

METHOD

Method

  • Pre-Heat your oven to 180°C
  • Use Coconut Oil to oil your bread tin and dust with a light coat of rice flour.
  • Place your Gracious Bakers Bread premix, oats, superflax, salt and seeds in your mixing bowl.
  • Mix your honey, water, eggs, yeast and lemon juice together, allow to stand for 5 minutes until it froths.
  • Set up your hand beater with hook attachments and beat the mixture while slowly pouring the liquids into the flour mixture.
  • Beat for 3 minutes until a smooth mixture, the mixture should be sticky.
  • Scoop the mixture into your moulds and top with seeds of your choice.
  • Bake in Pre-Heated oven for 25 – 30 minutes for the mini loafs and 15 minutes for a large loaf.
  • Cool and enjoy.
